We are closed for dining for the winter and will re-open mid-May. The Main Dining Room and Stop-Inn Tavern are available year-round for private events. For more information please email events@siebkens.com.

Year after year our customers return to experience the tradition of Siebkens dining. For four generations our menus have been evolving, however we continue to serve our ever-popular, tried-and-true family recipes.

Stop-Inn Tavern and Restaurant

Enjoy casual, family-friendly dining in our historic Tavern building. Indoor, Sun Porch or Outdoor Deck seating available. Serving lunch and dinner. Diners can enjoy a gourmet selection of appetizers, homemade soups, salads, burgers, wraps and delicious entrees prepared with premium ingredients.

The Main Dining Room

Contemporary, fine dining in a unique turn-of-the-century restaurant. The Main Dining Room serves Sunday breakfast and dinner on the major race weekends. Sunday breakfast features an array of creative entrees and Elkhart Lake’s best Bloody Mary. On major race weekends, dinner is served with an extensive menu including traditional Siebkens family recipes.

The Cocktail Bar

Elkhart Lake’s best kept secret. Imbibe and dine in style. The Cocktail Bar, located off The Main Dining Room, has been the gathering place for famous racecar drivers and local and international celebrities for decades. Serving drinks specials, wines by the glass and appetizers. Open Friday and Saturday evenings. 6:00 pm - late.

Sissy’s Coffee & Ice Cream Shoppe

Serving Weeden Creek organic coffees, baked goods, beverages and Wisconsin’s own Cedar Crest ice cream. Visit our uniquely shaped building surrounded by a shaded outdoor patio. Sissy's Coffee & Ice Cream Shoppe is Open daily Memorial Day through Labor Day. 6:30 am - 10:00 pm
