Main Dining Room
The Main Dining Room is our premier location for weddings, family reunions, banquets corporate functions or any special event. The exquisite, old world atmosphere of Siebkens Main Dining Room cannot be duplicated.
Enjoy contemporary, fine dining in a unique turn-of-the-century restaurant. Serving Sunday breakfast and dinner on the major race weekends. Sunday breakfast features an array of creative entrees and Elkhart Lake’s best Bloody Mary. On major race weekends, dinner is served with an extensive menu including traditional Siebkens family recipes.
