Seasonal Grounds Crew (Summer Positions)
Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)
This role is ideal for high school or college students seeking a summer job working outdoors in a team environment.
Responsibilities

Raking, sweeping, and general grounds cleanup

Lawn care including mowing, trimming, and edging

Blowing walkways, patios, and parking areas

Taking out trash, recycling, and maintaining waste areas

Skimming and maintaining pool surface cleanliness

Assisting with general outdoor upkeep across the resort

Supporting basic maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to lift and carry at least 40 pounds

Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic familiarity with smartphone apps for task tracking
Experienced Grounds & Maintenance (Part-Time)
Pay: $18–$25/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Approximately 5 hours/day, 3 days/week (flexible)
This role is ideal for an experienced handyman or retired professional who enjoys hands-on work and mentoring others.
Responsibilities

Perform daily pool maintenance, including cleaning and chemical testing

Oversee and help direct seasonal grounds crew

Perform general handyman and repair work, including:

Plumbing fixes (toilets, sinks, minor leaks)

Window and screen repairs

Basic restaurant equipment repairs

Light mechanical and facility repairs
-

Assist with landscaping and property upkeep

Identify maintenance issues and communicate with management
-
Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning property
Requirements

Prior maintenance or handyman experience required

Working knowledge of basic plumbing, mechanicals, and general repairs

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to lift and carry at least 40 pounds

Limited dorm-style employee housing may be available for seasonal staff (18 years old and older) working at Siebkens Resort.

• Availability varies by position and season
Housing is offered as a convenience for seasonal employees relocating to the area.
