Front of House Jobs (Seasonal) – Siebkens Resort

Good food is our heritage. Siebkens Resort is hiring seasonal Front of House team members to join our hospitality team. We are currently seeking experienced Dining Servers and Sandwich Bar / Busser / Food Runner staff.

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and attention to detail who enjoy working in a lively resort environment.

Front of House positions are available in:

PAM’s Dining Room – Upscale dining in an elegant, old-world setting
Stop-Inn Tavern – A lively gathering spot known as one of the most iconic bars on the racing circuit

Seasonal Availability

  • Stop-Inn Tavern: May through October

  • PAM’s Dining Room: Mid-May through mid-September (Thursday–Sunday dinner service)

  • Private Events: Occasional shifts may be available year-round

Good food is our heritage…Siebkens Resort is looking for seasonal front of house staff to join our team. We are hiring experienced Dining servers (18 years old and older, 3+ years experience), and Sandwich Bar/bussers/food runners. We are looking for people with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an eye for detail.

Positions open in both PAM’s (upscale dining in an exquisite, old-world setting); and the lively Stop-Inn Tavern (best bar on the racing circuit).

General Expectations for All Front of House Positions

Team members are expected to uphold Siebkens Resort’s standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

  • Treat all co-workers, staff, vendors, and guests with courtesy and respect

  • Arrive on time and ready for each shift

  • Maintain tidy, clean, and safe work areas

  • Protect restaurant equipment and report any issues

  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Respond to guest needs in a timely and professional manner

  • Communicate clearly with other departments of the resort

  • Maintain a clean dining and work environment including sanitation, trash, recycling, and linens

  • Be knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods

  • Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations

  • Support other restaurant areas as needed

  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

  • Maintain knowledge of resort property, staff, and hours of operation

  • Maintain a professional appearance and organized workspace at all times

PAM’s Dining Room Server

(18+ | 3+ Years Experience Preferred)

Servers at PAM’s are the face of our restaurant and play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to provide attentive service in an upscale dining environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare restaurant tables with attention to sanitation and presentation

  • Greet guests and guide them through the menu

  • Take and serve food and beverage orders

  • Prepare drinks in the service bar as needed

  • Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers

  • Resolve guest concerns with a positive attitude

  • Process guest payments and issue checks

  • Ensure tables remain clean and properly set throughout service

Position Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and friendly attitude

  • Attention to cleanliness and safety

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy service environment

  • 18 years of age or older

  • 3+ years restaurant service experience preferred

  • Bartending experience is a plus

Compensation:
$7.25/hour plus tip pool
Typical earning potential ~$30/hour

Sandwich Bar / Busser / Food Runner

This versatile position supports both Stop-Inn Tavern counter service and PAM’s dining room operations.

When working the Sandwich Bar, you will interact directly with guests and prepare Siebkens’ famous sandwiches. During dining service, you will assist servers by delivering food, resetting tables, and maintaining dining areas.

Stop-Inn Tavern Responsibilities

  • Prepare indoor and outdoor tables for service

  • Cut bar fruit and assist with bar prep

  • Greet guests and present menus

  • Take orders and prepare sandwiches

  • Answer menu questions and provide recommendations

  • Deliver food orders from kitchen to guests

  • Maintain sandwich bar inventory (ingredients, condiments, utensils)

  • Collaborate with bartenders, barbacks, runners, and kitchen staff

  • Process guest payments

  • Clean and reset tables

PAM’s Dining Room Support Responsibilities

  • Prepare dining areas before service

  • Set tables with linens, napkins, candles, and tableware

  • Serve water and bread service

  • Remove used plates and utensils as needed

  • Deliver food from kitchen to guests accurately and quickly

  • Maintain communication between Front of House and Back of House staff

  • Ensure food safety standards are followed

  • Reset tables after guests depart

Position Requirements
